perfect stay near spanish steps
amazing location useful air conditioning helpful riccardo
the location was amazing. our room had air conditioning, very useful. we found four complimentary bottles of water each day. riccardo at reception was very helpful .
the shower in my room did not have strong water pressure. it was sometimes difficult to get a consistently warm temperature for showering, inconvenient.

the staff promptly arranged taxis when requested. messages received quick responses. on my departure, a staff member kindly assisted with loading luggage into the taxi, which i greatly appreciated.

excellent experience near the spanish steps
golf cart convenient location attentive staff
The staff helped with transport to the airport. the hotel suggested a golf cart tour. It became an awesome addition. i found the location convenient. It was close to shopping and smaller boutique stores.
breakfast required a walk to the top of the hill. this detail was not clear upon arrival!

The room had high ceilings and well-appointed furniture. the air conditioning worked without trouble despite the heat. a balcony offered a view of st peter's basilica. I enjoyed it in the evenings.

great location amazing view
location was great for seeing many sites. a view from the hallway was amazing. breakfast had scrambled eggs and bacon and italian pastries, a nice mix.
the hotel suite is not in the main building and felt a bit separate.

I appreciated the location near the Spanish Steps. A taxi station is conveniently located in front of the hotel for easy transportation. The hotel is super clean. I noticed a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. I found the staff helpful. They promptly addressed my inquiries.

The location is prime. It's near the Spanish Steps. The room featured a balcony overlooking Piazza di Spagna. I found it super convenient for walking to various restaurants. Staff members were always available and willing to help. They were a phone call away from the annex.

my room included a small balcony overlooking a quiet side street. the breakfast was served in a bright room and offered a decent selection of pastries and fruit. i particularly enjoyed the fresh croissants and the strong italian coffee (i always appreciate a good caffeine boost).
The bathroom was quite small, with limited counter space around the sink. It was a bit challenging to manage toiletries.
